ATTACHMENT POINTS

Where should you attach your baby? This is a great question and we have the answers here!

Information taken from the Baby Manual. Remember to stop the baby's animations if you are not holding your child in your arms as stated in step 6 of the manual:

6) Animations: Setup > Anims Off (or Anims On) : To allow the baby to animate you, select “Anims On”. If you see “Anims Off” the animations are already activated. Turn animations OFF when using our stroller, carrier or anything other than holding your baby in your arms.

See “Crib Positions” to see attachment points when using your FUNSIES Crib

Places to attach your baby based on items:

ONE CHILD ONLY:

CARRY IN YOUR ARMS attach to your “Left Shoulder”.

FRONT CARRIER attach to your “Chest”. - Remember: Turn your animations off (step 6).

STROLLER attach to your “Stomach” - Remember: Turn your animations off (step 6).

TWINS (two children based on a left twin and a right twin)

CARRY IN YOUR ARMS attach to your left twin to your “Left Shoulder” and your right twin to your “right shoulder”

FRONT CARRIER: To use a front carrier, attach your LEFT twin to your LEFT Pec, Right Twin to your Right Pec - Remember: Turn your animations off (step 6).

STROLLER: To use a stroller, attach your LEFT twin to your Stomach & Right Twin to your Chest - Remember: Turn your animations off (step 6).

TRIPLETS (three children based on a single baby and a left and a right twin):

CARRY IN YOUR ARMS attach to your single child to your chest, your left twin to your “Left Shoulder” and your right twin to your “right shoulder”

FRONT CARRIER: attach your single child to your chest, your LEFT twin to your LEFT Pec, Right Twin to your Right Pec - Remember: Turn your animations off (step 6).

STROLLER: To use a stroller, attach your single child to your STOMACH, LEFT twin to your Stomach (select your baby from your inventory and choose “add”), & Right Twin to your Stomach - Remember: Turn your animations off (step 6). Touch the child and select “holds”. Adjust as desired and use “reg.pos” to save the position. You may need to use “reg.pos” a few times since attachments do not always take the first time in SL.

NEW 2015 HOLDS*

ALL BABIES (even twins) USE THESE POSITIONS FOR HUGS

I suggest “add” or “add to worn” in case something is already worn in that location. Not all ages have all positions.

SINGLE BABY/LEFT TWIN:

Carry in arms = Left Shoulder Pat Back/Hug = Left Shoulder

Pram = Stomach (the covered stroller which the baby lies in) Stroller = Stomach (the seated stroller)

Front Carrier = Chest

Play in Air = Right Hand

RIGHT TWIN (after August 2015 Update):

Carry in arms = Right Shoulder Pat Back/Hug = Right Shoulder

Pram = Stomach (the covered stroller which the baby lies in) Stroller = Stomach (the seated stroller)

Front Carrier = Chest

Play in Air = Right Hand

Even if they can't reach yet, it's always good to teach your child to hold your hand. Tiny sweeties can “reach” for your hand and you there's… adorable

Carry in arms = Left Shoulder Pat Back/Hug = Left Shoulder

Walks = Attach to av center / root

HOW TO:

1) Have your child attached to the correct location. Each location will ONLY show animations which work for that area. Therefore, if you are wearing your child on your left shoulder, you will not see “Stroller” as an option, but instead you will have the options to Carry in your arms (Default/Stop) and Hug.

2) For all holds except the default arm carry, touch your child and select “Setup” and then “Anims.Off”. This turns off the default hold and allows smooth holds for other options/locations,

3) Touch your child and select “Hold”. Pick a hold from that menu.

4) If your child is attached to your left shoulder, the “Stop” is the default arm carry. ALWAYS go back to the default before detaching your baby - this is the main animation for your child.
