 **Intellect Star Licenses**
- Intellect Star Licenses unlock skills your child has learned. Although your child does not have to have  Intellect Star Licenses (sometimes called Star Licenses, stars, or OSTRTA licenses), he/she will not be living to their full intellectual potential.
